Kennel viewings and visits are by appointment only.
Dawson Lodge requires exotic pets to be free of any contagious disease or condition and any applicable vaccinations or treatments must be done before check-in.
Please ensure you provide us with all necessary medical information as well as your veterinarians’ details.
We commit to giving your pet the very best care however should your pet fall ill, you will be contacted immediately, as will your vet. In the unlikely event of an emergency, your pet will be taken to the nearest veterinary practice.
The health of your pet is of the utmost importance to us.
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our facility, all cages and enclosures are cleaned and disinfected daily with veterinarian-grade disinfectant.
